The blade is made of 440Cs/s imported from Japan.

440C in the middle of several layers of 18/0 s/s, then forge them times to make them integrity.So the knives have the feature of roughness of 18/0 s/s and sharpness of 440C.

Because of the different feature of 18/0 s/s and 440C blade, the pattern comes.The more layers forgd,the clearer the pattern comes.Each knife has different pattern.

The blade need polishing and sand blaster processing.

Recommend hand wash.

Hardness:58-62HRC in the middle layer
